I agree, you've all done a great job.

If I could raise one small niggle - 41 fora seems an awful lot both for users to look at and for mods to keep their eyes on. Some have only one thread and it seems they are being used like stickies, which we don't appear to have. Yes there is the "new threads" button, but if we only use that then what point all the separate fora?

For example the "What I Did Today" forum has 4 child forums, and only one has more than one thread. Perhaps there are "new topic" buttons where they were not intended?

Its a darn side easier to moderate this forum than it was elsewhere. How many threads do you think there were there to keep an eye on?

G&G has 12 Boards. If anyone doesn't have an interest in a particular board - it can be "closed" using the toggle bar thing to the right of the Board name.

As for only having one thread in some - this place was only born a month ago - give it time!!
If we find there are redundant child boards we'll close them but its better to have the option to start with, than to find a need and create one at a later date when threads may need to be shuffled around.

New posts/Todays posts are to make it easier to see what you may have missed - and they take you to the Board where the post appears.
The green arrows will take you straight to the post - just as a green arrow in a quote will take you to the the original post.

There are "Stickies" but they're "Important Threads" and precede the "Normal Threads".

Having had a bit of time to play with the new forum I have to say I find it easy to navigate and fairly intuitive. I like some of the features that I have found do far and am looking forward to the following months bringing more content and a more lived in feel to the place. Keep up the good work everyone
