B. Strawberry jam in a bread roll
L. Salad leaves, cucumber, tomato with pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds & mayo to hold it all together.
D. Leftover mince, mushrooms & tomato with broccoli and mashed potato
Oatmeal & raisin cookies

Yesterday brekkie was scrambled eggs with cheese. Later I had fried then airfried YS meatballs in tomato soup.
Today, not sure, but probably involving eggs and meat!

Slow cooker brisket with onions, celery, carrots, swede then some mashed potatoes and kale.
Possibly Yorkshire puds will decide later.
I had eggy bread and mushrooms for breakfast.
