They have a FB site. You won't find adverse comments on it though - you have to look in "Mentions" on their page. YOu'll find plenty there.

I just had a look at that. They haven’t made themselves very popular! It’s probably not much comfort to know you’re not alone.

Sorry for your troubles Vinny, I hope the plant survives, how did you pay for it was it a voucher or a credit card ?, if it was a cc you could always get onto them and seek a refund.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Paid with debit card. It's not the end of the world, there is good and bad in all things! Plant will recover, just take a bit longer to establish.  As I said, they are a 'fly by night' operation and worth staying clear of in the future!
