Sounds like a good weekend, Jay. Hope it was sunshiny for your walk in the park. The forecast for this week looks a lot warmer and drier than we've had recently. I'm itching to get out in the garden and do something energetic - like pull up a few weeds. Don't want to overtax myself.

I seem to have been permanently on nights or long-days on-call since the end of December so have vanished from here a bit. Hopefully gong to have a slightly better run of days now. What did I miss?
Formerly self-contained, but expanding my gardening horizons beyond pots!

Just a quick hello, been a quiet day today. No rain which was a bonus. Was hoping to see the comet last night and tonight but both times it has been cloudy. Oh well will maybe see it next time around in 45,000 years!!!

Morning all
Just reporting in with an FYI
You might not hear from me for the weekend. I’m off to foreign parts tomorrow, well Aberdeenshire. Off on a milling weekend. Will have a full report on how it was when I get back.
I’m not entirely sure I’m looking forward to it. The milling bit will be good though  .
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.
