First post on a new Thread! I'm honoured!
Sowed some old Mangetout peas direct into troughs and planters for the new "Pea house!" Sounds grand but its just 3 netted sides of a square decked area that used to have a pond in it. The planters will go inside the netting and, hopefully, cover it with mangetout in many shades of peapods.

I've sown the last black sweetcorn that I had, because the cats have laid on the pots so some plants are mangled. They're sought after at the allotment - already had requests for a few plants. I won't have many to give away now thanks to the cats.

This morning before breakfast:
* Sugar snap peas (Sugar Ann)
* Dill "Tetra"
* Borage
Later today I'm going to sow French beans, courgette and red onion squash in pots - I wasn't able to do it sooner because I didn't know when the raised beds would be ready, but I think there's still plenty of time to get decent crops out of them.
How much veg and wildlife can I pack into a 6m x 8m garden in suburban Cambridge? Let’s find out!
