Using a "recipe" I made up from multiple sources, I've put 80ml of dried milk powder, half a small tub of Yeo Valley natural yogurt, topped up to a litre with UHT semi skimmed milk into the inner tub of the yog maker, surrounded it with boiling water and set it aside until breakfast tomorrow.
Apart from the Yeo Valley, I had the other ingredients already so I won't be much out of pocket if it doesn't work.

Its definitely yogurt! The water was still warm this morning so I put the lid back on and haven't looked again. I'll probably strain it to thicken it, as I usually buy Greek yogurt and like the thick stuff. So far, so good. Big Grin
