I'd never be organised enough to sow any type of seeds each month. I'm like you Veggie, flowers are an afterthought and I can't bear to cut them, probably because it would denude the small patch of flower garden I have.

Having saved ourselves £30 a month by growing our own flower seeds, I'm going to save another £20 a month by NOT joining Pot Gang. https://www.potgang.co.uk/products/the-box. Similar idea - 3 packets of seed to grow each month but they also send you pots and a block of coir so you get a bit more for you money.
August seeds were Radish, Rhubarb Chard and Greek Cress. Septembers are Pak Choi, Red Spring Onions and Mixed Leaf Salad. Nothing too difficult there! I'll find the seeds and sow them next - that'll be £40 I've saved. Big Grin

Even buying them from our very expensive cardigan wearing seed supplier seeds £11.15
Fibre Pots (24) 7.95. 40L peat free compost £11.99. Delivery £4.95.
Total £36.04

It might be a little more. I had to get pak Choi price from T&M.

I've found most of them, ready for tomorrow!
Radish, cherry, Jolly; Rhubarb Chard, No Greek Cress so I'll sow ordinary Curled Cress; Green Pak Choi; North Holland Blood Red Onions (wrong time of year to sow these according to the packet) and Chiltern Cut and Come again Salad leaf Mixed.

Like you I think I’ve got all those seeds in my collection apart from the Greek cress ( the only thing slightly unusual) . I’m not joining this subscription, I’m saving my money  Big Grin And space ( very short on space, I’m really missing my tunnels) .

By coincidence, I ordered some Greek cress from Seekay a few days ago - there are some really cheap clearance seeds on there and P&P is only 95p.
I've ordered 3500 Greek cress seeds for 30p and 6000 Broccoletto for 36p, ready for microgreens overwinter. https://www.seekay.co.uk/end-of-line-stock-461-c.asp Needless to say, I've also ordered the other cheap seeds!

If you want to save £20 by not subscribing to the Pot gang - this month's seeds are Alpine Strawberries (£1.09) Giant Spinach (1.19) and Garlic Chives (£1.09).
Premier seeds prices in brackets for hundreds of seeds, not the pinch you'd receive in your subscription.
