I go by box for oldest and newest. Old box emptied (in no particular order) replaced by new box from fridge.
Note: I really can't believe I am discussing this. Next I will be discussing the price of eggs?(eek icon whatever that is) SAAAAAAAD!!!

Number 3 for me, and the reason is I need the box to be balanced as it is kept in the cold corner cupboard on the bottom shelf (and shame on those who put their eggs in the fridge), it's awkward to reach and I have to get it out with one hand. Generally I would divide a box of 12 into 2 boxes of 6 and stack them one above the other.

And how does everyone like their eggs cooked? Apparently it says a lot about your personality.
I like mine soft scrambled, and actually the personality fits.....

I've never heard of steamed eggs, but I may give them a try for breakfast tomorrow.

None of the above - mine are all random, sometimes oodds taken out of different boxes. I'm usually in a rush, never check the ones I've used or haven't and it's the first ones I put my hands on.

....and I thought I was "random". Having read that ^^^ I'm feeling unusually organised..................or maybe boring?
