I may very well be forget the threat & just contact the above  Angry .
on Thursday we got paperwork through that we had to print off and sign in front of a witness, then send back. Then final checks ( making sure there’s no other reason we can’t build footpaths & thing’s like that. Apparently leaving that till the end of the proceedings is normal. So I’ve had to keep a lid on my despair! ) could be made. Then it should have all been completed this week.
Today Bob gets home to tell me we’ve got to sign the papers again in front of a witness! That will include all the bits of information like a ****ing map ! That she forgot to send last week!

if I stop posting it’s probably because I’m in a cell! Weather it’ll be padded or with bars on the windows I’m uncertain!!!

Here’s my kitchen for Mikey to play with. No rush, finish helping Scarlet first. We still need to build the walls anyway.

This drawing is what was sent to & approved by building warrant.

A less technical version ( windows are bigger, sink & hob have moved, see above photo)

What I would like is :
Future proofing, kitchen like the rest of the house has to still be useable when we’re older and less flexible/mobile.
I’d like an eye level oven/grill ( probably where it say fridge freezer).
Dishwasher under the draining board.
One of the three sides to be uninterrupted worktop. No clutter like kettle, toaster, nothing.
Breakfast bar stools will not be in kitchen or dining room. Don’t see the point wasting good worktop space when I’ve a perfectly usable dinning table.
Hate corner cupboards ( the ones I’ve got now anyway). Was thinking of accessing the left hand corner unit from the dining room. A concealed door type thing going on. Sort of like this.

Also I’d like a stopper / cr@p collecting system running the length of the back edge of the worktop that backs onto the dining room. To recuse the carpet from a messy cook! Don’t know how to achieve this without loosing worktop space or having a big ugly lip facing the dining room. Using a 3” x 1” length of timber would do the job but I’d like it looking a little less hillbilly than that!.

Probably no wall units, I’m another short @rse and we don’t have much wall space anyway.
I like the idea of of pan draws and pullout shelves in cupboards ( no more crawling around on hands & knees looking in the back of cupboards ). Also like the idea of the under unit draws. Something like this

Definitely no textured worktop! Have one , hate it! Stains really easily.
No tiles, hate then to !

Here’s what I call a kitchen at the moment

Bet no one guessed we’re re-signing ( for the 3rd time  Angry  Angry  Angry ) papers for the land.
Luckily our solicitor is on holiday this week and someone with a brain seems to of taken up the rains. 4 mistakes were found in our paper work  Exclamation . Most have been sorted. The biggest one was a code on everything was incorrect. If it hadn’t of been picked up we would of been buying the salmon fishing rights ! I know our plot is wet but that’s taking the **$$!

Even the very laid back Bob is getting annoyed now ( about bl@@dy time ). He’s very pleased our solicitor is on holiday because words would of been had !
