Cucumber not thriving

This is not really a problem as I have 2 cucumbers in the fridge and there are still 4 growing slowly on the plant but the leaves on the main stem turned pale green then yellow and now are dead. There is a cucumber near the top and a few green leaves at the end still may be growing. 2 other vines (same plant) are on the floor with 3 smallish fruit still growing and some leaves on them, again some have yellowed. This picture was taken 2 weeks ago and most of the leaves in the picture are now dead:

Any ideas what the cause is likely to be (ignore the nettles in the background)?

I’d just say it’s the end of the season for it. It’s done all it’s going to. I’ll be pulling mine out this weekend.

Mine look like that too now. I've already pulled up a couple.

Maybe cause it was an all female variety - not very hardy.

Our greenhouse cucs are dying off too. Outdoor one is looking a bit ragged but still flowering.

My later sown Cucs look better than the first ones but even they don't look green and healthy now.

All my 3 Beth alpha cucs are starting to look like that, there's still 4 cucs on the plants so hopefully they'll keep growing a bit longer.

Mine are the same for about 4ft but still producing at the tips in the eaves of the GH, even the outdoor one is too. My CFB are the same, but not still producing. I put it down to end of life and have resolved (with the beans and sweetcorn) to sow in two batches rather that go off like a headless chicken ( sorry V) in the spring and sowing all and everything far too early. Spring patience is not one of my virtues.
