Geordie living 'ower the watter'
|
I have two air fryers running at the mo and the oven is on. The oven has a beef joint in it, one air fryer has Kato's YS chicken drummers and thighs in it and the other has a couple of lamb chops I will have until the beef is cooked! Once chops are done, and I have drained the dripping (gorgeous stuff to eat cold or use for frying?) I will add the rest of Kato's drummers to that air fryer.!

Why don't you cook it all in the oven?

Mackerel with assorted roasted veg.
Then this evening cheesy rolls (not the bread sort) jewelled quinoa, coleslaw and lettuce.

Had 2 brown seeded rolls filled with chicken in mayo & pesto topped with rocket for lunch, so not really hungry this evening.
Bob had nachos for tea
