Earlier I shared mince with cheese on top with Kato and even added a tiny bit of mash to mine.Something from freezer for ron but don't know what yet? My freezer binge seems to be working ok as I can actiually get the doors shut on both of them without having to chip away ice or reshuffle whats inside!

B. Porridge oats, flaked quinoa, flax seeds, raisins, yogurt & honey
L. Toasted olive bread with a couple of homegrown tomatoes
D. Leftover Seitan fried with a chopped shallot and slice cooked sprouts, with rice and dried green leaves - not sure what they were as I forgot to label the jar. Think it was Alexanders/Scots lovage.

Mince & leek dumplings at a cafe before shopping. Bought a pork joint from Lidl and had that for my supper, eaten off a wooden chopping board.

Just dug out some sausages and black pudding from fridge. I wil have them with eggs, either fried or scrambled and may even have a tiny bit of mash+butter from my bag of frozen stuff? (Used to be one of my favourites, mash with a soft yolked fried egg on top and speared so that the yolk runs through the mash)
