I wouldn't follow any dietary guidance from America on principle. You don't see many slim Americans! Their food portions in restaurants are giant size. I used to order a children's meal.

Its RFK Junior and he has some very weird theories about health. I'm not saying the food triangle is wrong, just that I'd prefer the UK version.
