I was browing on cold Swedish meatballs when shopping (£1 with a £1 cold coffee, eaten in car). For lunch I had leftover brisket from yesteday.

Cumberland sausage in air fryer now and will have with scrambled eggs.

I will cook off the half a spatchcock chicken I bought, after searching through my spices for some sort of 'rub' to add to it? To get better use of the oven I will also cook off some mince at the same time, and decide which to have first once its cooked?

I found a Kabob mix in cupboard and mixed olive oil with it and 'basted' the half spatchcocked chicken with it. To the mince I added a chopped alottment grown onion.
Later I opened a can of corned beef and had it with pickled onions.

All of the above was shared with Kato who particularily liked the oven cooked mince! Rolleyes
