Forr supper I had a prawn & cheese omelette in my newish cast iron skillet.Kato had the remainder of the pork joint (and yes I know dogs arn't supposed to have pork for some reason? but he did!)

I put a small lamb joint in slow cooker last night on SLOW. It has now fallen apart,the bones have lifted out easily and I have transferred the meat to a different dish.I am amazed at how much fat has come out of it. When I am ready to eat it I will re-heat the meat only in the oven for a short while.

L. Cottage cheese, wild rocket & tomatoes
D. The tiniest piece of fish in butter and parsley sauce. They're labelled as "fish steaks" - must be from a goldfish! (From Lidl). With sweetcorn and mash.

For my evening meal I had Scottish square sausages & fried eggs.(Not the trapezoid stuff sold as 'Lorrne' sausage, but the proper SQUARE sausage)
