Nope and nope. I knew you'd be confused.
I aim to sow seeds on a Monday, weather and mood permitting and they're sown wherever appropriate, never mind what VP it may be. If its Roots & Shoots week, I concentrate on those all week - sowing, thinning, transplanting, whatever they need. Then they're ignored for the next two weeks as its the turn of Fruits and leaves. It means that there is a 3 week cycle for sowing the same type of seed to maintain successional cropping.

I'm excited. I bought a YS/half price Pukka Pad Project Book today. Its divided into 3 sections and each section has more than 17 pages in it. I stopped counting at 17 - its probably about 25.
There's a section for Roots& Shoots; Fruits; and Leaves and a page in each section for the 17 Ticks that make up the year.
Its perfect for me - I couldn't have designed it better if I'd tried.
I may not sleep tonight.

The Luna-Tic calendar for 2025 starts today with Roots and Shoots. Just saying as I'm sure lots of you will be joining me.

A little Update!
1. The Pukka pad didn't last long as the pages weren't big enough for my waffle! .Need to rethink this for next year.
2. I'm adopting "The Rule of Three" in 2026.
Each week I have to sow 3 types of seed, - During the Roots & Shoots week it'll be 3 different Roots or shoots. Then 3 x Fruits and finally 3 x leaves. All year round - no excuses for winter!
That'll be at least 9 different seeds sown in each "Tic"
3. Every day I have to eat 3 different things from the garden. Preferably freshly picked but stored or frozen is OK. I'm calling these little harvests "Tickles" as they'll "Tickle" my palate.
I'm sure this is crystal clear - even to JJB.

I've got a headache trying to figure out your thought process? It's all 'Clear as mud' to me, but whatever turns you on!

Just to confuse you further, I'm adding another Rule of 3 to my plan. This Rule relates to Herb and Flower seeds.
I've divided the Alphabet into 3 parts (roughly) ;ABCDEFG; HIJKLMN; OPQRSTUVWXYZ. I know the last group looks much bigger but, when it comes to seeds there aren't many for QXYZ. These 3 Groups will pair up with Roots & Shoots, Fruits and Leaves.
Every Thursday (HerbsDay) I plan to sow Herb seeds and every Friday (for Flowers) I'll sow Flowers.
I'm doing this for the simple reason that I tend to forget about growing herbs and flowers from seed.
Take Week 1 as an example I'll sow Roots and Shoots Veg seeds and Herbs and Flowers with names starting with ABCDEFG. Simples.
