Ribeye steak for dinner with a tin of chicken in white wine sauce with it. Tin has been in the cupboard since 'pussy was a cat' so needed using. I had a big chunk of butter with it and poured the fat from the steak over it.
This evening will be summat with eggs, or fish?

Change of plan for this evening. I have cooked two lamb and mint pies (£1.00 for two from Ieland)and made some gravy to pour over them.

We've had a few of those pound pies they're handy to have in the freezer, a quick lunch instead of a sandwich.

Beef currry with zero everything Konjac rice as a filler.
I have part cooked tomorrows brisket and after another half hours cooking this evening I will have some of it sliced for my supper. I might even make a bit of gravy from the goodness to pour over it, or just hav some pcikles with it?
Tomorrow I intend to break with tradition and have something with my brisket. My veg of choice for tomorrow are yellow sticker frozen red cabbage & apple (42p) and I have bought a swede for 62p in case I feel like pushing the boat out?
What could destroy the plans are a possible fishing trip to Blyth in the motorhome (weather forecast is canny) but to hit the tides right it would need to be an early set off, so we shall see!
