A 12 days out of date rump steak I found in the fridge! (Still looked reddish to me and smelled ok?) on a bed of fried onions with a chopped avocado & cottage cheese fo lunch.
For supper after exerising possibly an in date sirloin steak?

B. Waffles with butter & marmalade
L. Toasted bagels & salmon spread
D. Tagliatelle with a mushroom and tomato sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan.
I forgot to post yesterday but it was the same as today - and all free apart from the salmon spread which is about 50p a jar and lasts for 3 days.

Giant meatballs and grated cheese shared with Kato. I used a beef & pork mix. The reason they were meatballs was that if I flatteend them out into burgers they wouldn't have fit in the air frier! I added paprika and garlic granules to the mix, with a wee bit of Italian herbs.
Kato got two and I got four, until Kato finished his and cadged a one off me so we atually went 'halfers'
I will pobably have something later, maybe flavoued belly pork pieces? and no doubt Kato will get his share!
