I have avoided all food today as I have a dodgy tummy which needs a rest! I will be ravenous in the morning methinks!

Three large spoonfuls of Greek hi-fat yoghurt for brekkie.
Fo lunch I had a BBB & E power bowl, 1lb of minced beef, 1/2lb bacon,1/4lb butter & 4 egg fried together. I shared some with Kato and have some left to eat cold for ron.

B. Chopped apple, granola & yogurt
L. Salmon paste sandwiches with tomatoes
Another apple & raspberries.
D. Leftover rice, stirfried with leftover prawns and Chinese chives; kale crispy seaweed and salted peanuts, soy sauce..
I toasted the salted peanuts with the kale and added a little Chinese 5 spice to the mix. Still haven't found the sesame seeds that the recipe requires!

Lorne sausage and eggs for lunch fried in lard instead of the usual dripping. I think I will always use lard fo frying eggs from now on as they turned out just the way I liked them. I ditched all seed oils yeas ago but will stick with dripping for frying steak.
