B. A pre-breakfast apple from the Irish peach apple tree (confusing innit!).
Followed by plums, granola & yogurt
L. Cheese & tomato rolls
D. I think this is described as "fridge gravel" - the leftover odds and ends you find in the fridge.
A shrivelled red pepper, some wrinkly mushrooms, 2 tiny shallots, a couple of bendy baby carrots and the leftover prawns and couscous. All stir-fried together. It was actually rather nice!

Tonight I think will be chips and ham. The ham topped with a pineapple ring and melted cheese.
Nice and simple after cooking all day.

For brunch I fancied something light, so had a couple of cod fillets in beadcrumbs. How wrong could I be, after peeling off the majoity of the crust of batter with breadcrumbs stuck to it, thee was vey little fish. I put the beadcrumb/batter mix down fo Kato and even he turned his nose up at it.
I couple of hous later I had a couple of rump steaks which were on-date so needed to be used. What a difference, with loads of butter aded they were scrumptious . Kato has a plan now methinks, he starts drooling and to stop him I have to give him some. He didn't get a lot though as they wree too nice!
I will have something else later, but not sue what yet, maybe summat from the yellow sticker isle I'll visit this evening after excercising!

We had plant based Moroccan inspired burgers (no buns) with salad and orzo. It was YS of course, from Lidl. I wasn't expecting much, as they looked a bit dry, but they were surprisingly pleasant.
