I bought lamb steaks, gammon joints and gammon steaks today so I was spoilt for choice? I decided on the lamb steaks as lamb is my favourite. Eaten dipped in mint sauce, Kato mamanged to get his share as well. 
One of the gammon joints is in the oven for ron, and the other gammon joint is in the freezzer. The rest of the lamb steaks and the gammon steaks I have seperated out and open froze on a plate for each. Once frozen I will bag them up!
