Its raining.  Not heavy enough to do anything meaningful - like filling waterbutts - but, every little helps........said the old lady.

Quite warm, a bit humid, we had a shower just now, just enough to wet everything. More rain is forecast, some of it torrential, I hope not too heavy for us. Shopping day so it's unlikely I'll be 8n the garden unless it's for water management, pumping from rainwater catchment tubs to pond, etc.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

Hot today, thunderstorms with heavy rain forecast but none appeared - just a few pathetic little showers.

Same here, no significant rain. Salisbury seems to be in a dry corridor.
