B. Cherry Plum jam on bread
L. Crisp sandwiches with tomatoes. Physalis.
D. Homemade Tomato & mushroom sauce with pasta & parmesan.
More tomatoes used up!! Almost everything was FREE today.

Tonight will probably be steak pie and chips.
The mangelwurzel fritters last night were really nice. I’ve learned grating raw beetroot is considerably less messy than cooked. I’ll be tweaking the presentation instructions on the recipe next time.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

B. Plums, granola & yogurt
L. Marmite sandwiches with tomatoes.
Walnut, date & honey loaf, from the bottom of the freezer.
D. Leftover pasta with tomatoes, mushrooms and added peas for a change.
Mostly FREE

Yesterday I was busy helping my son move into his new house. I did close on 30.000 steps (mainly up and down steps) and only had time for a Greggs pastie at lunch time. I then had excercises and walking kato when I eventually got home so didn't get in until 9.30 where fro quickness I had a tin of Stagg super hot chilli and the remains of yesterdays corned beef.

Just had sausages, srambled eggs and mozarella shared with Kato of course (apart from the egg, which he doesn't like) Years ago we had a hampster and to this day I tell Kato "Eat your dinner or elae Hammy will get it" Hammy has been dead for aobut 14 years!
