B. Peach, granola & yogurt
L. lettuce cucumber, tomatoes with mayo and a handful of salted peanuts for crunch.
D. Something completely different. I cooked some dried green peas until soft but not mushy and was going to turn them into some sort of burger mixed with onion, herbs and breadcrumbs. - Then, I found a packet of sage and onion stuffing mix in the back of the cupboard and mixed that into the peas with a beaten egg to bind it all together. Shaped this into "burgers" and fried them. Actually worked quite well. I'd do it again.

I’m really looking forward to tonight’s tea. We’re having Indian take away.
Our neighbour got back from working away. Which he does once a month. He brought us a 2 curries & garlic naans. That’s so kind of him.

Experimented for supper last night with lambs liver and Kebab meat. It was ok but I can't understand why the frozen kebab meat never tastes the same as chippy bought kebab meat?
Shopping later today so gawd know's what I might land back with? but there is always steak, mince & eggs in the freezer if need be.
For brekkie this morning I pinched a cooked chicken drummer off Kato's chicken leg I had cooked for him to add to his all in one Beta biscuit meal. I had to hide in the kitchen to eat it as he may have gotten upset if he seen me eating his scran!

D. Pea and stuffing burgers with onion chutney and redcurrant jelly. I applaud your experimentalism (is that a word?) Veggie, and you do the same with your meals as I do with mine, albeit at the opposite end of the spectrum!

B. Plums, granola & yogurt
L. lemon curd on toast
D. Some sort of pseudo meat things and diced potatoes in garlic and rosemary, both from the bottom of the freezer. Won't bother with either of those again, even if they are Free!
