I made my first coffee cake today and made my first raspberry frosting (for a different cake, luckily because that would have been horrible  ). Both for the cafe.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

We're both rather partial to both of those, P & I will be round for coffee and cake later. If you google it, the American coffee cake is something completely different. Their's is a 'a cake to have with coffee' not a coffee flavoured cake. It's usually a moist cinnamon based slab sponge topped in a crumble topping. Quite nice too.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework
