For brunch, Smoked salmon ofcuts with devilled scrambled eggs (chilli flakes added!)  and a mug of bulletproof coffee.

Kefir and two slices of toast with cheese and homemade orange marmalade for breakfast.
Pulled pork with korean bbq sauce and lots of veggies, served with rice for an early tea, before I go to work.

L. Blue cheese spread on panini with lettuce
D. Leftover fusilli with mushrooms, balsamic tomatoes & pesto.

Yesterday was Heck lamb burgers with various veg and Gurullos (Almerian style pasta) Orzo by any other name, simmered in stock. Tonight is takeaway Sunday. Sweet sour for him red Thai curry for me.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

B. Rhubarb, strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Chopped up cooked new potatoes, cheese, lettuce, chives and salad dressing.
D. Quorn fillet, roast potatoes and DFB.
All FREE except granola, yogurt & Quorn.

Cauliflower cheese grills with chips and baked beans.
JJB I like to add Orzo veg soups it seems to work better than larger pasta shapes.

Well,Kato enjoyed his powerbowl as much as I did for our lunch. As an experiment I tried adding chopped up lambs liver to the mince with grated cheese on top and a dash of marinara sauce on mine.
Kato was looking at me out of the corner of his eye whilst eating his to make sure he finished first so he could look at me with cow eyes and scrounge the remains of mine!
