I think celery is a bit 'Marmite', you either like it or loathe it? It only took 2 or 3 leaves in a soup to give that celery taste! I tried to perennialise it without success, but did get a couple of years out of it, if I remmeber rightly?

I bought some bareroot perennials today that I have potted up quickly tonight. I will dig a proper bed for them when I'm off next  They look lovely, and large plants. Very happy with that!
Japanese thimbleflower/anemone, purple/pink aster, 'dense blazing star' or marsh blazing star and geranium

I think they're the same thing or very similar I had the seeds from T&M about 3 years ago the packet just says Cutting Celery.

I'm sowing a whole packet of yellow peas out of a box today. It's destined to be chicken feed, and just a few peashoots for us

Sown my pre-chitted Telephone peas, they’ll be planted out at 4inch ish tall hopefully by then they’ll survive the slugs.
