Yogurt for brekkie (stomach still playing up after those sardines) sausage sarnie from cafe and a sirloin steak with avocado cooked in motorhome. I have some pickled anchovies with me but after my sardine experience I am loathe to eat them?

Salmon with rice peas and sweetcorn.
Probably cauliflower unless I think of another way to use it up.

I like sardines too, Vinny, and like Bren, I have them on toast, but they're also lovely turned into scrambled eggs. Maybe that would be a bit softer on your stomach?
