Last of the cold lamb bit the dust for lunch! Had it with cottage cheese, avocado and fried eggs.I did toy with the idea of breaking up the bones like our ancestors did to get to the bone marrow, but in the end, didn't bother.

Strange mixture for teatime which seemed to work quite well! Two yellow sticker duck breasts cooked in air fryer with cranberry sauce with port and a handfull of YS raspberries. To continue with the alcoholic them I added a desert spoon full of Grand Marnier which has been in the cupboard for ages.

Asian style salmon with a stir fry of veggies including home grown bean spouts.
I keep forgetting to weigh them for my records.

Lambs liver to use up today at some time? Might add bacon and a fresh leek, instead of the usual onions?
NOTE:- Decided to have a couple of battered fish earlier then made the liver as above. Ate half of it and will have the rest for supper.

This evening french bread pizza with salad.
