Bacon, eggs & Black Pudding fried in the motorhome this morning. Back home now so will probably have a ribeye steak after 2 hours of intensive evening excercises.

I had a medium rare Sirloin steak before going to allotment. I also browned off a couple of large pieces of cheap ,fatty steak cut into bite sized chunks.Once browned off in frying pan I put them and a cup of Katsu curry into the slow cooker.
On return from allotment curried steak was ready and nice and tender so I had it with a tiny bit of wild rice. Pretty stuffed now so should suffice for today hopefully.

My usual two poached eggs with toast this morning, then the free breakfast buffet at work, and no time for lunch on my next break as I had to shop for food. Then a coffee and blueberry pie at a cafe with a friend after work, and when I got home Jay had cooked sausages and chips for us

Didn’t get anything out of the freezer again. So it’s pasta pesto tonight.
