2025 doing something new / different

I’ve just completed an online CPR training course. Took 15 minutes. And I feel a lot more confident about it now. As I really didn’t have a clue before.

Commendable SC, you've prompted me to have a look at one too.  We have a defibrillator some 5-7 minutes run away, but as in many elderly households there's only two of us and no one spare to run and get the defibrillator in a heart emergency.

I shared a link on Facebook. It’s British heart foundation. So you could just look for them.

Its like we cheated    because our electric/gas company were doing the Power Saver event at the same time.   They've only started doing them this year so we thought we'd give it a go.
