We’re out this afternoon for a late brunch. Testing / tasting menu at the cafe before it opens full time from tomorrow, for the season. So we get to sample the new breakfast menu. They’ve never done breakfast service before.

Caught a 4lb rainbow trout yesterday so trout fillets in parsley sauce for dinner! 
Slight change in plans. Whilst out with Kato walking in the street I smelled someones cooking bacon!!!That was it I had to have a late breakfast (Inluding bacon) when I got home.
The trout is now on the menu for ron!

B. Leftover tinned Mandarin oranges in juice. granola & yogurt
L. Leftover pizza
D. Leftover cheese pasta and tomato & mushroom sauce.
Its been a leftover sort of day. I can start again tomorrow.

Chicken strips in a mixed crumb (bread, nuts & seeds) in a garlic toasted roll. Topped with a honey & chilli dressing. With a side of roasted Mediterranean style vegetables.

B. HM bread with lime marmalade
L. Omelette sandwich (YS eggs were 6 for 22p, normally 30p each)
D. Jackfruit, cooked in hoisin and garlic sauce, with bean sprouts, carrot, mushroom and homegrown mangetout and red giant mustard.
All FREE apart from the eggs - 7p.
