After a long walk in he sunshine wih Kato (and accumulating some viamin D through m legs) Big Grin I decided to make one of Kato and my favourites for brunch!

We had a 'power bowl' of fried 20% fat mince wih eggs, olives, finely chopped mushrooms, jalapenos, cheese topped wih crispy fried onions on top to give a bit of crunch! Kato only had the mince & eggs wih cheese on top.

This didn't stop him scoffing his then coming and sitting staring at me until I relented and gave him some of mine as well!

Usually after having this I will be nourished for the day, but may have summat later on after my abs workout?

Swedish brown beans with big, fat falukorv (hotdog style sausage, but bigger) as I needed a quick tea.

Recipe for the beans (use a translator in your browser to translate):

These beans are great with any fried pork. I think you could use kidney beans or any larger bean to make it

Lunch was two flavourful rump steaks and three eggs! I picked the steaks out because of their fat content which is my favourite part. When cut off the steaks and cooked seperately it tastes devine!

Fatty lamb breast for ron! Cool
