B. Porridge, wheat flakes, flax seeds, tinned peaches and clotted cream
L. YS Prawn salad (19p) & lettuce open sandwiches with spelt. rye & wheat bread
D. Leftover lentil & tomato thing with black bean spaghetti from the back of the cupboard (use by 2023).
All FREE except the prawn salad -19p

Made a bit of a boo boo yesterday. I had made some pulled pork and decided to add some swede/sweet potato & Cauli for Sunday dinner...........Baaad move. 
Full of wind and stomach cramps all night so no more fruit or vegtables for a while. Maybe a fast today then back to a proper human diet! 
Note:-Relented and had bacon,egg & black pudding for late lunch!
