Geordie living 'ower the watter'
|
Very little to eat in the motorhome yesterday as I couldn/tbe bothered to cook owt! From memory I had some chopped pork for lunch, a tin of beef curry for tea time (it was gross) and a tin of corned beef and pickle for Ron.
Today now I am back home I shared a power bowl with Kato. Mince,eggs,olives and grated cheese. I also had some dry fried onions on mine to give it a bit of crunch!

B. Chopped apple, granola & the last of the Lemon Curd yogurt. 
L. Leftover pizza
D. Jacket potato & prawn mayo, plus a poppy seed roll to mop up the last of the prawn mayo.
All FREE apart from the poppy seed roll (YS - 4 for 38p)

Yesterday.
Bagel with rhubarb jam.
Carrot and JA soup with bread.
Cheese scone. Mango, dates and a banana.
Mushroom and veg lasagne with focaccia bread.

Late yesterday I realised I still had some lambs liver left that I had bought for fishing bait. Rather than waste it I cooked the remains up for supper.
I had my breakfast on the go this morning. This conssted of a pocket full of homemade Biltong eaten whilst walking Kato.
For lunch I had a choice between rump steak and sirloin steak, so I cooked them both off! I will have the sirloin for ron. I had soft boiled eggs asparagus and fried onions with the rump.

B. Bread with lemon & lime marmalade. Its years since I've had this - forgotten how moreish it is!
L. Cheese and mixed leaves sandwiches
Tangerines
D. Jacket potato with a Tuna, lime and black pepper jacket topper.
All FREE.

Toasted cheese sandwiches.

Yesterday
Porridge with yoghurt.
Homemade sardine spread on wholemeal bread.
Shortbread. Banana, dates, peach slices.
Haddock, butter beans, sliced potatoes on a tomato sauce.
Today
Porridge, apple purée and yoghurt.
The rest of the sardine spread on wholemeal.
Banana, apple and peach slices.
Corned beef crispbakes, chips and baked beans.
