Shall I send you another leaf?

I'm tempted, but haven't got a place to put a full grown one, ........oh sod it! Yes please,  I'll see if I can kill another one. Thank you.

All I did was slice the leaf in several different places across the veins. Then just lay it on a pot of compost. As I didn’t have anything suitable to pin it down. I held it in place with some small stones. It’s just to make sure the leaf has contacted with the compost. Then I put it in the heated propagator. As things are warming up you might be ok with an unheated propagator or a cloche/plastic bag over it.
mine is out of the propagator now.

Basically I pretty much did this https://www.gardenersworld.com/how-to/gr...-cuttings/
Which is the link Veggie posted just after our leaves arrived. You probably missed it. As you had far more important stuff going on at the time.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

Yep, I definitely missed that memo. I used Dr. Hessayan's method, cut leaves into pieces and planted the edges into soil. I will give your way a go. It can stay on the windowsill in the kitchen, that should be warm enough. What I'm going  to do with several baby snails, I don't know. Friends don't know what's in the offing if I get babies.

I've given Big Momma Snail a drink to prepare her offspring for the journey tomorrow.

JJB, They're on their way. Better luck this time!
