I had a vague idea what Ribollita was but, the word always makes me think of frogs!!

D. Lidl cheap battered fish (£2.50 for 4) and chips with curry sauce.

Veggie I didn't add any frogs unless they jumped in when I wasn't looking.

Just had a couple of three cheese chicken Kiev's although I am still quite peckish. When I can be bothered with the preparatiom,I think I will make another 'Power bowl' for Ron and probably tomorrows early meal? A Power Bowl is onion,beef mince,mushrooms,eggs, olives,salt n pepper al ltopped with grated cheese.

B. Porridge & lemon curd yogurt
L. Cheese, olives, radishes & lots of green leaves
Hot cross bun
D. Jacket potato with tinned mackerel in tomato sauce.

Kato & I have just had a rather tasty 'Power bowl' each. Onyl difference was mine had Jalapenos and olives added. I know Kato enjoyed it because he came and sat over me until I left hm some of mine as well! 
This is on top of the two stripped chicken thighs and biscuits he had for brekkie! He seems to be eating more as he gets older,and getting skinnier? I wish I knew his secret? 
I have kept another Power bowl portion for Ron and he will get more of his chicken thghs and biscuits for supper!
