Two poached eggs with caviar (not posh stuff, just roe in a tube) with a side of pickled herring and beetroot for breakfast.
Dinner was leftover Nikkaluokta soup from the freezer, as I went into town shopping today and was starved when I got home. I love that soup!
I had rosehip soup with a dash of cream in it for pudding. I've pressure cooked some pork with barbecue sauce, crushed tomatoes and onion for pulled pork for tomorrow
I have hankered for waffles the last couple of days, only cause I spotted my mum's waffle iron when I was reorganising the cupboards the other day. This is the crispy, dessert-type waffles, not potato ones
What's your best waffle recipe?

I've had a baking day today, so my meals have been a bit odd lol
Breakfast was two eggs with sourdough bread with lots of coffee.
Lunch was whatever came off the oven trays in forms of cinnamon buns, vanilla lengths and caramel cookies.
Dinner was a wrap with salad and pulled pork.
Pudding was a cinnamon bun.
Can you tell that it won't last long, what I've put in the freezer?
I have made around 50 portions of buns/slices and 60 cookies. The house smells lovely

Yesterday, for supper i had this strange African curried beef sausage? I did it in the air fryer and was astounded at how much fat came out of it, but it was reasonably tasty. Having said that I wouldnt buy it again!
Today will be beef mince in one form or another, probaly smash burgers?
