B - Buttered Fruited teacake
L. Pringles and a couple of clementines
D. Leftover ratatouille and spelt with a dash of Sriracha from the back of the cupboard. Not sure I'll keep that as it was a bit too hot for my taste.

Just had brekkie. Three air fried poached eggs & two slices of black pudding. Still haven't fully mastered these air fried eggs yet? but better today than yesterday . The addition of spray oil to silicon mould helped a lot, but it'sall to do with timig now. Maybe pre heating the air fryer will help in future?
Shopping today so no doubt summst yellow sticker for ron?

B. Blackcurrant jam on homemade bread
L. Avocado, tomato, lettuce and mixed salad leaves with some Grape vinegar that I made in 2001 (today's from the back of the cupboard item).
Currant bun.
D. A large courgette, sliced into chips, and cooked with tomatoes. Once cooked I added a large block of mozzarella, which melted, went stringy and catapulted tomato sauce all over me.
Fresh pineapple.
All FREE.

B. Porridge, wheat flakes, flax seeds & pineapple
L. A Pot noodle thing - Jerk Mac & cheese pasta pot (not impressed,- wouldn't buy it)
D. A veggie burger and cheese "toastie" cooked in a newly acquired Microwave toastie maker. Worked well and easier to clean than the usual toastie maker.
All FREE
