I got to play in the garden  Big Grin  Cool . I finished digging out the cut flower bed. Started levelling the edges ready for rocks.

Its wormery (& compost) Wednesday so I gave them all a feed and drained off the liquid.
Then moved on to Strip 2 to continue debrambling etc. Filled the wheelbarrow several times and dumped the contents by the bonfire pit - once the heap dries out it can be burned. Could be a while before that happens.

Finished levelling the edges of the cut flower bed. Started put rocks around the edges. Put up the permanent sweet pea frame.

Bought a haggis and a swede for Burns night. Surprisingly the haggis was £1.75 and the vegan version was £7.75! Rolleyes Go figure?

Brought a tray of compost indoors to wa4m to potentially sow some onions.  A bit disappointed that the packet of Bedfordshire Champion is empty but I've some Ailsa Craig (freebie) if I don't find any other lurking in the boxes.

Update

Sowed the rather out of date onion seed in warmed compost. Time will tell.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

No, but I keep hoping. It’s fairly doubtful, i think. Don’t know why but don’t think granite is good for finding fossils. I may be making this up of course.
