Fishy Friday so decided to 'splash the cash' and have a couple of pollack fillets from Iceland(£1.00)
With them I had two pork chops (or what veggie would call "pieces of dead pig") and a tin of unsweetened apicots!

All of those sound mouth watering. I'm tempted by the first one. I'll have to rummage to see if I've got any ginger in the freezer and some chives/ green onions that haven't been frosted. Initially I was going to bake the salmon in foil with a topping of herby cream cheese. I try to avoid pan frying fish because of the lingering smells.

B. Porridge, wheat flakes, flax seeds, raisins & yogurt
L. Cottage cheese on crumpets.
Mince pie with brandy cream - Yuk!
D. Leftover sausages, mash & fried tomatoes
COSST - 40p for the sausages., the rest was free.
