L. M&S Cheddar Crunch biscuits - very moreish so I ate the lot!

Roast lamb!
PS Because I had bought a swede and red cabbage fro Crimbo and not used it I had half a red cabage boiled with onion and half a diced swede with my lamb + gravy.

Its not been a good day. 
B. was porridge & yogurt but the yogurt tasted "off" so I binned it and had a Clementine instead.
L. was Avocado & tomato sandwiches but having munched my way into the sandwich I noticed mould on the crust - so my sandwiches turned out to be a lot daintier than they started.
D. Grilled Ciabatta topped with Emmentaal & tomato.
All FREE even the mouldy bits.

L. Homemade bread sandwiches of avocado & homegrown salad leaves
D. The last 2 slices of Emmentaal cheese & tomato on toasted ciabatta.

A large rump steak with the outer layer of fat cut off and cooked with it in the air fryer. This was added to three fried eggs,fried in half and half, butter & dripping plus an Avocado!.
The tastiest part was the seperate air fried fat/rind!
