Much the same as yesterday - using up the leftovers!
B. Clementines & yogurt
L. Prawn mayo & rocket, lettuce & giant mustard sandwiches.
D. Prawn, carrot, onion, radish, red pepper & egg noodle stirfry with 3 spring rolls. .
All FREE.

Lunch will be veg stir fry omelettes, there always seems to be some leftover and I do look forward to having it in omelettes.
Then this evening the usual tagliatelle and bol etc.
