L. Watercress, radish, tomato and chickpea & couscous salad.
D. Veggie sausages, red cabbage, sprouts, parsnips & 3 little spring rolls.

B. Kefir yogurt & honey
L. Avocado, watercress, tomato, radish, new potatoes & couscous salad
D. Salmon fishcake (with melting middle) and roasted new potatoes.
All FREE.

All FREE. I bought some Kefir instead of drinkable youghurts. A lot cheaper as I only need a swig to take a Turmeric capsule each morning!

The remains of yeterdays beef joint sliced up and added to the remains of a box of passata used the previous day so as not to waste it! Warmed up in microwave with a generous addition of salt & pepper,ot ade for a tasty lunch.
My Daughter just brought me some reduced price smoked haddock which I will have for my tea.
