The good news is - I've just posted your seeds. The bad news is, I can't remember whether I put any mixed peas in for JJB. Let me know when it arrives and I'll send you some.
The extra news is that there is a surprising item in your boxes - which is a new challenge. When you receive it, I'll join you with the challenge.

Don't worry about the peas, I'm not likely to grow carlins I have enough trouble with MT.
Surprising item? Here we go again. I hope it's not cabbage, I don't grow cabbage. I'll probably have another go at the pumpkin challenge next year, if anyone will join me.
I wonder if my seeds will get to me tomorrow, just like mine to you. The postal service from Salisbury to Cardiff is extraordinary.

Its not cabbage!!
Don't build your hopes up for tomorrow - its a 2nd class stamp that had escaped Frank on its journey from Mull. If there's any problem, I can send more seeds and surprising item.

I don't believe it!! I forgot to send the Aurora tomato seeds to you both. My excuse it - I was concentrating on getting the garlic and leeks into the box and forgot about the little seeds. I'll wait to be sure that they arrive, before sending these.

So exciting more seeds on the way. I think we can forgive you the missed tomato seed. With all the special bits we’re getting.

Two presents instead of one, win win.
Don't feel too bad. Last week I found lots of £50 notes in the safe. These were the result of my boss' Christmas boxes over the past few years. So I says to P I'll go into town on the bus to take them to the bank. He offered to come with me ( no trawling the charity shops for me then). On Saturday we set off on the bus and half way there P says 'did you bring the money? ' Oh No! In the bustle of setting off I'd forgotten to bring the cash. In the end the bank was closed on a Saturday anyway, so I didn't feel quite such a numpty. A geriatric blonde moment.

They've arrived at 11.30am, even 2nd class. The surprise is interesting . When SC gets hers you'll have to let us know what to do with it. I'm very enthusiastic. No mixed peas.
The much travelled stamp survived the journey from Mull via Cardiff.

No, but with the barcodes it might not get franked.

No, but with the barcodes it might not get franked. The stamp on the letter you sent to me had been franked.
