My something new is I’ve crocheted my very first jumper. Finished it this morning. Took me about 3 weeks with stoppages to crochet things for the end of next month.

The consistency of mash and slightly sweet, supposedly less carbs than potato which pales into insignificance with the amount of butter/spread I added to it. The first half I roasted the second I micro'd and scooped out the flesh, roasted, understandably was tastier but micro was acceptable. I wonder whether it would be nice made into patties and sautéed.

The BIG question is - will you grow it again?

Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

Probably, as I don't grow potatoes it's an easy alternative. Although it doesn't give many fruits. I'm not totally convinced about growing again but as I have the seed it might as well be sown. That's not a glowing recommendation is it?
