I usually do but haven't started saving pop bottles and havent noticed flowers locally? Might be a bit early in this neck of the woods?

I was at my pollytunnels that are still at our old place yesterday. And saw all the elderflower. All looking very tempting. Maybe next year.

Still enjoyong drinking my elderflower champas made in the summer mixed 50/50 with cheap lemonade. Very refreshing!

It will soon be THAT time of year again so making a concerted effort to drink what I have and empty the bottles from last year.
Time to start collecting more pop bottles again as I don't think I will use the ones I have for another year? I drink three 2 litre bottles of cheap lemonade each week so shouldn't ba problem!
