Because it's fishy Friday I had YS chunky battered Haddock with tinned mackeral fillets in tomato sauce.
I am defrosting one of my freezers and came across a frozen homemade apple & blackberry pie from 2020.Out of interest I cooked it off and had some with cream. It was very tasty and I must have had a good crop of sweet apples that year? not like this year where apple harvest is rubbish!

It's goning to be an 'If It's' day today. If it's in the freezer it's going on the plate! With two freezers full to the brim I need to whittle them down a bit!
