I'm not convinced, nothing worse than wet knickers

We were coming home from holiday in Sicily and there was a terrific thunder & lightning storm, so the incoming flight was diverted to another airport . All the waiting passengers were taken by coach across the island to the other airport. 
We were very thankful to finally board the plane and to be on our way back to the UK. After a short while, my husband, who was sitting in the window seat, felt uncomfortable because his seat was wet. He called one of the stewards and asked if he could have a blanket to sit on as his seat was wet. 
She looked at him very sternly and said "Was it wet before you sat down?".
She eventually believed him, brought him a blanket and said that it had been a very scary flight as they flew through the storm. Somebody was clearly very nervous!!

It became one of our catch phrases "Was it wet before you sat down?".

Your own is one thing, someone else's is a different feeling altogether.

Walked Kato this morning in long trousers expecting it to be cold like yesterday. My legs were sweating so changed back into my shorts for my morning 'Grab a Granny' seated fitness session. (Mainly female octaganarians!) They had put the heating on in the Village Hallforthe oldies, so my legs were still sweating.

Top and bottom of it is that it's been a nice day!

I've been outside most of the enjoying not needing a coat. Its just starting to turn cool so back indoors for me.
