I have my own way of making smashburers that suits both myself and Kato. 500g of cheap 20% fat mince, quartered and flattened into patties. Whilst frying I add grated cheese to to a plate in three dollops. On top of each dollop I add habanero relish. Once well cooked and browned I add three burgrers to cheese dollops, add more cheese over them and top them off with more habanero relish and sliced pickled gerkins! Kato get the other burger, chopped up into chunks and cooled for him as he doesn't like the additives I have. Mine was eaten with a knfe & fork.
Today I had a large slice of yellow sticker cherry pie and cream afterwards. There was very little pie filling and lot's of crust with it so I will give that a miss in future even though I only ate about 30p's worth! Rolleyes The birds will get the rest! Smile

PS I deleted other post because I mistakenly posted twice!

B. Kiwifruit, granola, flax seeds & yogurt
L. Cottage cheese and tomato sandwiches
A plum
D. Fish finger sandwiches.

All FREE except the fish fingers - which are on offer in Morries. 5 packs for £5 making them about half price. They're battered ones which I think are nicer than the ones in breadcrumbs.

Liver and bacon, the first cut of kale from the patch, homegrown carrots, roasted tomatoes and some bought potatoes. Followed by sponge, stewed apple custard and blackberry couli for him.
